However, our ability to direct bill depends entirely on your plan. Always contact your insurance provider well ahead of your first visit to ask about the specific details of your plan. And make sure to fill out the Extended Health & Insurance Form.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice via phone – a voice message is required where pick-up is unavailable – or email. This ensures enough time to arrange for a new booking to fill your spot. Otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged by the end of the day. We will always contact you by call or email – where pickup is unavailable – before charging.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, similarly, a cancellation fee will be charged by the end of the day.
Ahead of the 24-hour window, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment via your Jane account. If you do not receive an automatic email confirming the canceled appointment and/or still see the appointment in your Jane schedule, the appointment has not been successfully canceled. Please call or email.
We understand that life is unpredictable and several extenuating circumstances may arrive that prevent you from attending your appointment. Depending on the specific circumstance, an exception may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
We are here to help you and want you to be able to attend your scheduled appointments. The cancellation policy is to safeguard our clinicians’ and other patients’ time, not to make a profit!
This is to enforce the cancellation policy. If you are not comfortable with providing your credit card information, we can make an exception on a case-by-case basis and collect it in person on your first visit.
Yes! We are a recommended provider with WSIB and licensed through FSRA to provide direct billing for MVA.

No. To access OHIP Physiotherapy in Ontario you have to go to a specific OHIP clinic.
There are a limited number of OHIP Physiotherapy clinics in Toronto. The closest location we recommend is Lifemark Physiotherapy located at 1500 Bathurst St Unit 6 (Northwest corner of Bathurst Street & St. Clair Avenue W).
https://www.lifemark.ca/clinics/toronto/bathurst-and-st-clair.
Note that only certain groups are eligible for OHIP Physiotherapy:
Age 65 or older
Age 19 or younger
For any age, you were discharged after an overnight hospital stay (or outpatient/day surgery) within the last 12 months for a condition that requires physiotherapy.
Or you are any age and eligible for OW/ODSP
There is Green P street parking on Bloor St W on the south side, 1h free street parking on Markham St, or Green P lot parking on Markham St.
Consider other commuting options:
Via Subway: We are just a short 1 min walk from Bathurst subway station. Get off at the Markham St exit, cross Markham St, stay on the north side of Bloor, and head west.
Via Streetcar/Bus: Take 511 Northbound or 7 Southbound and get off at Bathurst Station.
Biking: There are dedicated bike lanes running both directions on Bloor St W!
Yes! We can email you any charts and invoices for free. But print copies cost $0.15 per page and must be requested ahead of time.
Forms, letters, and reports being requested by lawyers cost $25 and up. Letters you need for work, communicating with other healthcare professionals, insurance, etc. can be provided for free if you are an existing patient.
No. However, your private health insurance may require a prescription in order to access it. Please contact them directly for more information about your specific plan.
We advise you to dress in comfortable clothing that you can move easily in or disrobe (in the case of massage therapy). For instance, if you are seeking care for your knee, then consider wearing shorts or pants that can be rolled above the knees.
For massage therapy, if you feel uncomfortable exposing any areas of your body, speak with your RMT and they will find a way to work with you.
We ask to remove your outdoor shoes at the front door. And almost all treatment and exercises are performed without footwear, so no need to bring running shoes, unless your practitioner specifically instructs you to do so.
While registered massage therapists are considered health care practitioners under Ontario Regulated Health Professions Act (1991), massage therapy is not included in the definition of health services that are exempt from the application of the HST. Please note HST is not included in the advertised prices and will be applied at checkout.
